Business IT Solutions uses remote support desk technology to provide remote assistance and technical support to our clientelle.

To utilize the remote support software you must download a small (230K) client application that you will use to initiate the connection with our support technicians. You will retain full control of your computer system throughout the support session and may terminate it at any time by right-clicking the BITS support icon in the lower right corner of your screen and selecting close from the context menu.


In no event shall Business IT Solutions be liable for any types of damages whatsoever (including without limitation damages resulting from loss of use, loss of data, loss of profits or loss of business) arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use this application or service. Business IT Solutions recommends that you back up all data and files on the system before initiating a remote support session.
