Pay as you go (PayGO)

Typically used in smaller Peer-to-peer networks. Not recommended for networks larger than 5 computers. Typical applications would be office productivity suites, proprietary real estate software, contact relation software, accounting software, and client anti-virus software. 72 hour advanced notice required scheduling for PayGO service. Pros: No annual fee Cons: Small delay in service, harder to budget money spent on your IT infrastructure. Repairs and maintenance will almost always be retroactive.


Pre-paid service (PrePay)

Used in smaller peer-to-peer networks or networks running in a client/server environment. Typical applications would be office productivity suites, client/server antivirus. Service scheduled as early as technician is available, usually same day. Pros: No annual fee. Reduced rates for pre-paid hours. Cons: No managed services available, repairs and maintenance are likely retroactive


Managed Services (BITSPlan)

This is the BITS premier plan used primarily for client/server networks running a mail server and companies with multiple locations. 24/7 Service. BITS will know your server is down before you do! BITSPlan is for companies who simply can't afford for their systems to be down. Pros: 24/7 monitoring of your computers, servers, and network.
