BITS was formed in 2007 by Nathan Kempka and Douglas Benzer to address the growing IT demands in North-Central Minnesota. Mr. Kempka has over 10 years experience serving the IT needs of the area’s businesses and local governments and is a veteran of the U.S. Army where he specialized in helicopter avionics in the 101st Airborne Division. Mr. Benzer has over 5 years experience serving in the IT field. He holds a Computer Network Administration-Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer degree from Central Lakes College, and MCP, A+, and NET+ industry certifications.
